A salute to our fellow Sabahan, Peter Leong on his achievement in discovering a new way to kill mosquito efficiently. The story goes like this...
Once upon a time, oh no, just a few weeks ago, while peter leong was playing games with his laptop, a mosquito attacked him and flew into his ear! so Peter leong thought, "Hmm... Maybe I should fish it with a bowl of my own blood at the exit..." So peter leong tried a few ways but the mosquito never wanted to come out. There we go the birth of our latest inventor lol
Peter leong grabbed a small piece of eraser, big enough to block the hole, and squeeze it in! he succeeded, then he wanted to find out whether or not he have killed the intruder. oh ou, no matter how hard he tried, the eraser just couldn't come out! I guess syllabus of primary one doesn't cover topic on elasticity yet.
So professional help was then needed.

Prize for Peter Leong for having invented a brand new way to kill mosquito -- Rice, Vegie, Chicken, soup and watermelon.

Invention -- RM1000++. Equipment -- RM0.50. Experience -- priceless =)

地震前，向孝廉是漩口中学初三五班的学生，现在躺在病床上不能动弹。她说，地震发生时自己在三楼的教室上课。“当时化学老师在讲台上滔滔不绝，突然整个教室晃动起来。老师慌忙喊我们跑，我们就争相往门外涌。”在走廊上时，她感觉天旋地转，站立不稳。跑到一楼时，就有楼顶的水泥倒下来，噗的一下压在她身上。“我心想完了，就什么也不知道了。”
不知道什么时候，向孝廉第一次醒来，迷糊着没有知觉，但能从缝隙里看到外面的亮光，之后又没有了知觉。第二次醒来时，天已经黑了。“我那时非常想念爸爸妈妈，我想，我得看他们一眼再死。想到这里，又什么都不知道了。”
向孝廉是被同班同学马健喊醒的。“他在外面喊，孝廉，你在哪里？我就醒了。他一再说，你要坚持，你要坚持。。。。。。”向孝廉身上压着厚厚的泥土和水泥块，马建就用双手在外面刨。“我哭着告诉他，马建，你别走，如果你要走，就等我死了再走吧。马建说，我不会走，你是我们班上年纪最小的，也是生命力最旺盛的，这点困难难不倒你。”
后来向孝廉又慢慢昏过去，马建就在外面喊：“坚持！坚持！”向孝廉再次醒来，发现脚和手都被压得严严实实，就对马建说：“你使劲拖，别怕把我的手和脚拖断，只要头不断就行。”
大约四个小时后，马建终于把她刨了出来。这时，马建的双手血肉模糊。“他抱着我，我们痛苦起来。紧接着他就背着我向学校大门走去。刚走到门口，先前我被压住的地方旁边一堵墙突然倒塌。如果晚几分钟，我还会连累马建，我们两个都出不来了。”
讲到这里，她突然说道：“记者叔叔，你们报社一定得帮我给马建颁一个见义勇为奖。没有他，我的命就没了。”
医生说，向孝廉的右手臂和左脚都可能被截肢。下午六点，她被送进了手术室，离开病床时，她向记者招呼说：“叔叔，祝我幸运吧。我叫向孝廉，我爸爸叫向忠诚。忠诚孝廉，我们的名字取得好吧？我家在农村，非常贫穷，哥哥是个残废。记者叔叔，你帮我告诉医生，千万不要给我截肢。我最崇拜丁磊，我想以后像他那样挣很多钱。截肢了，我怎么去养活父母呢？”

How to run?! People try to kill you! Hit them lah!

DJ Lum :I almost got robbed by twenty over robbers all riding motorcycles this morning. A lot of people are showing their concern as several have suffered
from this. What I would love to know is, is it okay if we knock those robbers
down with our vehicles when they try to rob us?

Lawyer Lo :Hmm… the best way is to get away from the scene.

DJ Lum :What if they have weapons in hands and they try to hurt us? Can we grab
weapon and fight back?

Lawyer Lo :Hmm… the best way is to get away from the scene and report to the police.

DJ Lum :If we, ever, under certain situation, had to defend by fighting back, would it be
considered as a crime if we kill them accidentally?

Lawyer Lo :Hmm… You see, it depends on the situation. The law does state that
kill-to-defend is not a crime. But if you do it on purpose, it could go against
you.

DJ Lum :What if they try to hurt me in the first place and leave me with no other
option?

Lawyer Lo :Hmm… The best way is to get away from the scene.

%&^#?@*&!!!! You go home tonight, lock the main door and throw your keys outside. Then go to the kitchen and tell your wife you have an affair with your secretary and it’s been going on for 3 years. You see whether or not she will chase you with a butcher knife. You try to run away but you realize you threw your keys outside. Tell me how you kill to defend, that’s if you still to have life to come out. She might forgive you, but those robbers do not know you!
